Good morning. A 2013 UK based research suggest music can boost happiness and reduce anxiety. I think it is very true. Listening to music while testing out new recipes or cooking for the family has been a dominant game changer for me in 2021. Mornings tend to be bossanova, cooking for lunch or dinner is mostly piano, and lots of improv jazz for dinner. I also found a bunch of songs that are food related.
