Brown Garcon Apron

This pattern is called Tiga Negeri, which means Batik from three countries. Legend says in the olden days, it is first dyed red in the town of Lasem, on the north coast of Java, then dyed brown in Solo and finally dyed blue in Pekalongan. In West Java, wearing this peranakan chinese javanese batik pattern is a kind of status symbol and considered having good luck/ sacred power. I believe food cooked with this apron will become delicious!
